        On the morning of April 15, 2023, the 27th session of the sixth Staff Congress of our company was successfully held in the company's training center, and nearly 130 staff representatives and non-voting representatives from seven sub-groups participated in the conference.

        The conference listened to and reviewed the work report made by Comrade Zhang Yancai, general manager of the company, entitled "Time is not waiting for me, overcoming difficulties, and striving to complete various work tasks throughout the year". The conference commended 2022 advanced workshops, advanced departments, advanced teams, company pacesmen, advanced workers, and Comrade Tang Quan of Ship Research Institute, who won the "Top Ten Advanced Operation Method" of Jiangsu Province employees in 2022, was commended. Vice Chairman Zou Yaoming, on behalf of the board of directors, signed the 2023 annual work target responsibility letter with Zhang Yancai. Zhang Yancai signed the annual work target responsibility letter and safety production responsibility letter with the members of the management layer respectively.
