On December 8, 2025, the 5650DWT Cement Carrier — a new-generation eco-energy-saving self-unloading cement carrier designed and built in batches for German owners — was successfully launched.

        Integrating mechanical and pneumatic self-unloading technologies, the vessel meets internationally advanced technical standards, offering safety, environmental friendliness and low energy consumption. It is expected to cut fuel use by 20% and carbon emissions by 25% annually, with significant energy-saving benefits and broad market potential.

        Representatives from the shipowner and Bureau Veritas (BV) attended the launching ceremony.
