On April 26th 2013, the 60m integrated emergency guiding vessel was commenced in Zhenjiang Shipyard. Zhang Tongbin, director of Jiangsu Marine Bureau, Wen Xinxiang, deputy director of Jiangsu Marin Bureau and Chen Jinhan, director of CCS Zhenjiang Office attended the commencement ceremony.
